Higurashi: When They Cry Hou - Rei is an updated re-release of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei, a collection of bonus story arcs for the Higurashi: When They Cry series of visual novels. This version allows the player to choose updated character sprites in place of the original game's sprites, and to switch between English and Japanese at any time.
