Knights of Valour 2

Knights of Valour 2 is a scrolling beat-em-up for up to four players set in the same fantasy Romance of the Three Kingdoms setting as its predecessor. Inspired by classics such as Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow Over Mystara, it features complex branching pathways and story scenes that allow players to make choices that affect the outcome of the rest of the game. Players will fight large waves of foes, but by using the game's complex fighting game-inspired combo system they're able to take out enemies in style. In addition to the standard game mode, players can unlock the more difficult "internet ranking mode" which rewards players at the end with a code to input at the official website in order to register their score in the online leaderboards.

The "Five Tiger Generals" are selectable at the start, returning from the previous game - Zhao Yun, Zhang Huang, Guan Yu, and Ma Chao. Four additional characters (Diao Chan, Pang Tong, Sun Quan and Zhuge Liang) can be unlocked using codes at the character select screen.
