Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller - Episode 4: The Cain Killer

This final entry to the Cognition series has Erica pursuing both Cordelia and the Cain Killer while keeping the player unaware of John's fate. Through flashbacks, we learn more of Erica's past with John as FBI agents. Meanwhile, Mac Adams is trying to arrest Erica and she must convince him to help her one last time. To this end, the episode introduces a new "trust meter" mechanic based on Erica's actions, which might have her lose her former boss' trust completely. Unlike previous entries, episode 4 is overall shorter and more contained than previous episodes, focusing mostly in a linear story-telling structure.
