Zelle

Zelle is a horror-themed adventure game. The protagonist is a boy named Emerada who has been imprisoned in a castle by a mysterious figure known as the Reaper. Determined to return to his mother, the boy defies the Reaper's orders and ventures beyond his room to find a way to escape.

The game uses a first-person perspective, with the player moving through castle corridors by clicking directional arrows. It features simple point-and-click adventure mechanics: in each room, players can interact with objects by clicking on them, and progression often requires collecting items from one area and using them in another. Later portions of the game include bird's-eye view segments reminiscent of JRPG gameplay.

Fighting demons roaming the castle is a major part of gameplay. These encounters are implemented as arcade-style minigames where the player must quickly click the cross icon that matches the color of the demon's eyes. Initially, the cross icons are simply displayed on screen unmoving, but later battles introduce complications such as having the icons move rapidly. Losing a fight results in a game over, but the player then returns to a checkpoint just before the encounter.
