About
While searching around the basement, a brother and sister called Nelly and Tommy discover their pirate grandmother's diary containing directions to a hidden treasure.
Treasure Seekers: Visions of Gold is a hidden object game that shares the same gameplay mechanics of Artogon's previous title, The Mystery of the Crystal Portal. Instead of having the usual list of required items at the side of the screen, the game has hotspots that open a circle with surrounding pictures of necessary objects. The objective is to find these hotspots and drag and drop the required tools and objects from the scenery to the circle. After gathering everything, some of the hotspot circles disappear revealing a key item underneath them.
Some places open a separate window showing another point view of the room, or the contents of a container. Multiple windows and circle hotspots can be opened at the same time.
Sometimes a logic puzzle appears on a separate screen, where a mechanism must be tinkered to fix or open something. After about a minute, the skip button at the bottom left fills up allowing the puzzle to be skipped. The hint button highlights the position of an object, and takes a few minutes to recharge after use.
