About
In this 3D railroad simulator, you can operate locomotives from the golden age of steam to the modern present in realistic scenarios, to move goods and resources from one place to another and keep the wheels of industry turning. You are in charge of every aspect of the process: complete control over the orders of the drivers, limits for the transportation process, the movement of the passengers and freight and a custom scripted system to create your own rules.
The game includes the locos from the original Trainz with now 50 locos and train cars in total. The engine allows for realistic physics based on the transported goods and the environment. Through the included Download Helper, you can access the online Download Station and share content with other gamers. There is a full editor included to create your own worlds and tracks. The game's content CD's, with all the 3D source models of objects of the game, can be ordered separately.
The Deluxe Edition comes with Service Pack 4 and Passenger Pack 2 pre-installed. Earlier versions can upgrade to this version free of charge.
