The Moon Sliver

The Moon Sliver is a short game, telling the story of the previous tenants of the abandoned island the player finds themselves on. The story is loosely told by exploring and interacting with various elements in the game, which reveals fragments of the story. The more the player explores, the more of the story is revealed. As the day draws on and the day turns to night, there's a sense that something is stalking the player.
