Secret Files 3

Story of the third part in Secret Files / Geheimakte series is written by acclaimed TV writers. Adventurer Nina Kalenkov is looking forward to her wedding with her fiancé Max Gruber. But Berlin‘s police force suddenly bursts into their apartment and kidnaps him with the accusation in terrorism. However, the authorities have no knowledge of the operation. Whilst searching for Max, Nina keeps encountering the number Pi. She uncovers an ancient secret whose tracks lead from Archimedes to Leonardo da Vinci right up to the present day and CERN in Switzerland.

The game keeps the mechanics of the previous entries in the series. It is a traditional point & click adventure game flown in 3rd person perspective view. Player uses two mouse button clicks - to see at and to interact with an object highlighted on the screen with a hotspot. Certain puzzles are action sequences and some are seen in 1st person perspective view. The locations are not limited to the present, there are also several puzzles to solve set in the past and in the future.

The game plot is linear with four possible endings depending on the choices the player makes.
