Sapo Xulé and the Unwanted Marriage

Sapo King, Sapópolis mayor, kidnapped Sapita and used Sibila's potion to make her fall in love with him, so he would marry her. Sapo Xulé must rescue her and stop this unwanted marriage.

Sapo Xulé and the Unwanted Marriage is mainly a 2D platform game. Sapo Xulé can jump, double jump and even use Dorotéia (his fly friend) as a platform, allowing for a third jump. He can also use Dorotéia to collect items. He attacks his enemies either by jumping on them or by hitting them in a somewhat indirect way: when he kicks, the stink from his feet travels a short distance and hits the enemies. Some enemies are imune to one or the other method, so players have to experiment.

The game is divided in six stages with some variety in gameplay. In the first stage Sapo must travel across the marsh using a leaf as a boat and a stick a a paddle. In the second stage Sapo uses a leaf to float among trees in the woods. In the third stage he rides a minecart avoiding threats and jumping over gaps in the rail. Stage four is a homage to Sapo Xulé S.O.S> Lagoa Poluída, a vertical shoot'em up in the polluted pond. Stages five and six are more traditional platform stages. At the end of each stage Sapo must face a boss, and each boss has an unique behavior and way of being defeated.

As the player finishes stages, they become unlocked in a map and can be revisited any time. After some of these stages a store is unlocked where players can spend coins collected during the game to buy items and unlock extra content related to all Sapo Xulé media (previous games, comics and animated series) and the game soundtrack.
