Jurassic World: Aftermath - Part 2

Jurassic World: Aftermath - Part 2 is DLC for and the continuation of Jurassic World: Aftermath. Originally envisioned as a single game, remote work following the COVID-19 pandemic influenced development and rather than delaying the entire game, it was split up to release the first part and postpone the rest as this second part as commercial DLC nine months later.

Part 2 continues the main game and concludes the storyline with the real ending, as the ending of the first part was originally meant to occur at a different point in the game. The expansion takes about two hours to complete and opens up the remaining two doors from the five available at the island's facility. New areas include Dr. Henry Wu’s office and a secret vault deep beneath the facility. The main gameplay is identical. There are several new mini-games and dinosaur interactions.

The delay made it possible to add more content, as a second T. rex encounter that was originally envisioned as a cut-scene, was turned into an interactive encounter instead. Actors such as Jeff Goldblum and Laura Bailey reprised their roles for this second part.
