About
Dai-2-ji Super Robot Taisen Z Saisei-hen is the second part of the sequel to the 2008 PS2 title Super Robot Wars Z following the first part Dai-2-Ji Super Robot Taisen Z Hakai-hen.
Despite the efforts of our heroes to end terrorist activity and all conflict on Earth in the first game, the Dimensional Monsters, rampaging hordes that destroy everything in their path, have been spawning more and more. Meanwhile, the new world order, established under the Earth Federation and its elite forces, the A-LAWS (from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Second Season), shows no mercy to any dissident groups or rogue nations. A rebellion is brewing across the entire globe, as humanity tries to solve the crisis. Crow Burst, after witnessing the return of the Dimensional Monsters (as well as a new debt that he has to pay off), he embarks on a quest that will instigate a worldwide rebellion, and, potentially, get to the bottom of this prolonged conflict.
This game continues the story from Dai-2-Ji Super Robot Taisen Z Hakai-hen. The game allows players to import their character and their completed save file to gain money bonuses as well as the opportunity to unlock secret levels, in a similar fashion to Super Robot Taisen: Compact 2 for the WonderSwan. It features a longer campaign than the previous part (60 levels compared to 50 in the previous game). The gameplay and its system, however, is pretty much the same as the previous part.
