About
Baseball Riot is not really a game that focuses on actual baseball or its rules, but instead takes the batting part from it and turns it into a puzzle game with various obstacles, tricks, and things to hit on a single screen. You control a batter on the screen and have as many balls to strike as you can before the time runs out or you manage to hit everything required of you. The ball will bounce off walls and other obstacles and will disappear after a certain number of hits or traveling length. Up to two balls can be active at the same time which lets you shoot them in succession, but in order to launch the third ball, the first one first has to disappear. Obstacles vary from solid to breakable, and there are various objects which can be hit, such as opposing players or golden stars which increase your clearing score for the level. The game features a large grid map where you progress one square at the time, and cleared levels can be replayed to try and earn a higher score.
