Steel Mantis

Steel Mantis is an independent American game developer based in Canadian, Texas, headed by Andrew Gilmour and Thomas Jenns. The studio produces games infused with heavy metal music and themes, and is known for Slain: Back from Hell (2016), Valfaris (2019), and Valfaris: Mecha Therion (2023). Originally founded as Wolf Brew Games some time around 2014, the company was renamed to Andrew Gilmour Studios in in 2017, and adopted the trade name Steel Mantis in 2021.
