Soft China ( 華彩軟體 ) was a computer software publisher situated in Taipei, Taiwan. The company merged with CTV in April 26th 2000, forming Network Media Confederation ( 網絡媒體邦聯 ). By 2002 the company went bankrupt and had to close down.
