Palm Pioneer

Palm Pioneer ( 成都手领科技有限公司 , or Chengdu Shouling Technology Co., Ltd., contextually translated as Chengdu Leading-by-Hand Technology) is the former name of a Chinese game developer based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, who developed Tales of the Neon Sea (2019). The company has since rebranded as YiTi Games.
