Obys Byte Games

Obys Byte Games is a one-person indie studio from Slovenia, creating compact, dopamine-filled games that turn simple ideas into memorable experiences. Obys Byte Games unofficially began when David Rupreht, a 22-year-old computer science student from Slovenia, started watching YouTube tutorials about game development and got a little too ambitious. After spending about a year at Outfit7, writing his diploma thesis on game development, and graduating, he decided to pursue indie game development full-time, officially founding Obys Byte Games on August 12, 2025.
