Neorex

NEOREX is a systems architecture and software development company based in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan. It was established in June 1987 by Toshiyuki Komai. The company was one of the first third-party developers for the PlayStation, but quickly abandoned the games business after releasing only a single title, Cosmic Race (1995). Today, they are known primarily for their Bye Bye Timecard cloud-based timecard service, which they claim is the third most widely used in Japan.
