M-Digital Media was an indie games company known for its 2010 iOS app "Daredevil Dave: Motorcycle Stuntman!", which supposedly reached #8 in the App Store in 2010. They released a sequel in 2015 with comparatively low sales before shutting down around early 2017. The main (possibly sole) developer of the company was TouchArcade forums user schplurg. On July 6, 2017, they posted: "[T]here is no way in hell I would put a lot of time into making another game for the iPhone as an indie dev. Dave #1 was released during the 'golden age' for indy developers. I'm halfway done with another game but I don't know that I'll finish it." Later, on February 1, 2017, they said that they had "stopped developing mobile games after a decent run. It just isn't fun, and unless you are a greedy bastard, you won't make much money anymore."
