DentinMud Internet Services started out in 1997, hosting the MUD 'Alter Aeon' and selling various network services. Over time, the company switched completely to game production, maintaining Alter Aeon and working on other games in the background. Today, DMIS still hosts and maintains Alter Aeon, as well as the GuideDog Games site for the blind and visually impaired. It has another game, Stellar Aeon, in production.
