Cryo Studios North America

Cryo Studios North America was the American division of France-based Cryo Interactive. It was originally formed as Dark Horse Interactive, a joint venture between Cryo and Dark Horse Comics. In 1999, Cryo purchased Dark Horse's share of the company and renamed it Cryo Studios, moving it from Dark Horse's headquarters in Milwuakie, Oregon to the Central Eastside Industrial District in Portland. The company produced only one game, and a year after it was released, the division was closed.
