Xbox launches Player Voice feedback platform

Xbox is continuing its recent efforts to strengthen the brand and reconnect with its community following years of criticism and difficult decisions that allowed competitors to gain momentum. The company’s latest initiative is the launch of Xbox Player Voice, a new feedback platform designed to give players a more direct role in shaping the future of the Xbox ecosystem.

According to Xbox, the community has always played a major role in influencing the platform’s direction. In its official announcement, the company explained that player feedback has consistently helped determine priorities and improvements across Xbox services and features. However, Xbox also acknowledged that users often felt uncertain about what actually happened after sharing their opinions.

The new Xbox Player Voice system is intended to solve that issue by creating a dedicated space where feedback can be submitted, tracked, and publicly supported by the community. • Separating DLC achievements from base-game achievements — 2,874 votes

• Introduction of an Xbox Family subscription plan — 2,555 votes
