Rockstar Games HACKED! Hackers demand RANSOM! (HOURS LEFT)

Rockstar Games has been hacked once again. But this time in a slightly different way... THEY ARE BEING THREATENED WITH RANSOM!!!

A hacking group called Shiny Hunters hacked Rockstar Games a few days ago, and they are demanding money as ransom. If Rockstar Games does not pay the ransom, Shiny Hunters is threatening to expose all the data they stole by breaching their system.
The deadline is April 14, 2026. Which means Rockstar only has a few hours left before the hackers release all the information they stole using internal systems called "Snowflake"

This happened by accessing Snowflake through the website Anodot.com, which is basically a site used for tracking cloud costs, business, marketing, etc. using AI tools.
Shiny Hunters managed to access Rockstar’s data located on that site by generating a lot, like A LOT of tokens for that site, and over time they managed to get in using those tokens. It works in a way where the token imitates that a real Rockstar employee is trying to access the system, and because of that the system lets it in, thinking it’s actually a real Rockstar employee. So no, this was not a traditional hack where they directly enter Rockstar’s company system, it was more of a bypass.

What everyone is wondering is how this will affect Rockstar Games, and how all of this will affect GTA 6 in general?
Will GTA 6 be delayed again because of this?
Was the GTA 6 story leaked?
And WHAT EXACTLY WAS LEAKED?

However, there is no reason to panic!
Rockstar Games released a statement saying that no confidential company information has been revealed, and that all user data is safe. And while we don’t know whether this is Rockstar trying to downplay the damage or if it really isn’t that serious, based on what Anodot.com is actually used for, we can assume what was revealed.

The things that were revealed are most likely things like information about voice actors, how much they would be paid, contracts with Sony and other companies, MARKETING PLANS FOR GTA 6, and general marketing-related data.
So no, the GTA 6 story will not be revealed, that’s for sure.

The public is advising that the ransom should not be paid, because that would only support such behavior.

There are only a few hours left until a full leak happens. If Rockstar Games refuses to pay the ransom, Shiny Hunters will release all the stolen data online for the public to see.

If Rockstar decides to pay, it is not guaranteed whether Shiny Hunters will keep the information private or release it anyway.
