Crimson Desert performance on Intel Arc GPUs has improved, but the game still suffers from visual glitches and technical limitations.

Intel Arc graphic cards appear to have been made playable once again with the Crimson Desert game. However, playing the game is far from enjoyable yet. The experience is quite disappointing overall as well.

From what I've seen so far, the game is showing much better performance than before when playing on an Intel graphics card and the game now appears to have a much more stable frame rate. However, players still experience problems with graphics, missing assets (like missing character models) and other glitches.

Many of the characters will also have missing faces in their character models, which can greatly affect the player's immersion into the game environment. While the game is now playable, the overall number of issues with the graphics on this game can't really allow anyone to say that this game has been optimised properly to work on Intel graphical hardware.

Historically, it has been demonstrated that Intel graphical hardware typically has had a difficult time running brand-new, or graphically demanding, video games, and I would say that Crimson Desert is just yet another example of this fact; both drivers and game engines still have a long way to go in order to provide seamless operation with each other.

That said, the fact that the game is currently playable does show that improvements have been made, at least over what I experienced previously. If the game developers and hardware manufacturers continue their cooperative recovery efforts, perhaps they may one day see improved graphic performance and creation of visual quality.
