Battlefield Movie in the works with M:I Director

A film based on the Battlefield franchise is in the works. What matters most is that a Mission: Impossible director is leading the project, and that Michael B. Jordan is involved as a producer and possibly even the main actor!

This is a big project, because it brings together some major Hollywood players, almost like the entire Marvel of Hollywood teamed up to make this film.

The film is still in early development, currently being pitched to studios and streaming platforms, while also looking for investors like Sony, Apple, etc...
Nothing is confirmed yet, but the hype is already there and moving in a good direction.

McQuarrie is known for the Mission: Impossible movies and large-scale action spectacles, and Jordan is someone who is getting bigger and bigger in Hollywood. Besides acting, he also works as a producer.
This combination has serious blockbuster potential.

Battlefield is one of the biggest FPS franchises, around since 2002, focused on war, large maps, and team-based combat.
This film comes at a time when gaming adaptations are becoming very popular, and competition is already preparing a Call of Duty movie, so it makes sense why a Battlefield film is being pushed right now.
The industry is clearly going all in on game adaptations.

We still don’t know the film’s plot, release date, or confirmed cast. Even Michael B. Jordan is not 100% confirmed as the lead yet, and the project could change or even fall apart since it’s still in an early stage. (It probably won't)

The project is still at the very beginning — if done right, it could become the next big gaming movie hit, but right now it’s still in that phase where it could be fire or it could fall apart before it even starts.
