AI agents with multimodal capabilities allow the Galaxy S25 to interpret text, speech, images, and videos for natural interaction. Thanks to the new version of the Circle to Search feature from Google, searching the phone screen is more useful, faster, and more contextual. This function now faster recognizes phone numbers, emails, and URL addresses on your screen, allowing you to call, email, or visit a site with a single touch.
With the Galaxy S25 series, you can also perform efficient searches with contextual suggestions for next steps. Additionally, the Galaxy S25 allows for easy switching from one app to another for quick actions, such as sharing a GIF or saving event details. The Galaxy S25 series also represents a revolution in understanding natural language, making everyday interactions easier. Simply ask and intuitively find a specific photo in the Samsung gallery or adjust the font size on the screen in settings. Galaxy S25 organizedly saves calls through the Call Transcript and summary function. The Writing Assist function for summarizing content or automatic formatting of notes can be turned on wherever text can be selected, without the need to switch from one app to another. Samsung and Qualcomm Technologies worked together on customizing the Snapdragon® 8 Elite for Galaxy processor. The Galaxy S25 series is characterized by advanced, efficient AI image processing with ProScaler for a 40% improvement in screen image scaling quality, while combining customized technology with the Samsung Digital Natural Image engine (mDNIe) built into the processor using Galaxy IP enables greater screen energy efficiency. Snapdragon® 8 Elite for Galaxy also features the Vulkan Engine and enhanced Ray Tracing for smoother and more realistic mobile gaming.
Intensive device use and AI processing take place smoothly thanks to the modified heat dissipation structure with a 40% larger vapor chamber and a customized thermal interface material (TIM) for additional thermal efficiency improvement.

The Galaxy S25 series offers highly detailed shots at every range with high-resolution sensors and ProVisual Engine, setting a new standard for mobile photography. With a new 50 MP ultra-wide camera sensor upgraded from the previous 12 MP, Galaxy S25 Ultra provides exceptional clarity and vividness.
10-bit HDR recording is now applied automatically and offers a four times richer color representation compared to 8-bit. The Galaxy S25 series can thus capture details in any lighting conditions. For a DSLR-like experience on a mobile device, Galaxy S25 introduces depth of field control with Virtual aperture, integrated into the popular Expert RAW. Durable design encompasses a more circular approach
The Galaxy S25 series relies on the "essential design" of Galaxy devices based on "simple, concrete, and emotional" elements. Galaxy S25 Ultra reflects this essence in the thinnest, lightest, and most durable Galaxy S series so far, with a rounded edge for a comfortable grip that complements the aesthetic identity of this series.
Galaxy S25 Ultra features durable titanium and the new Corning® Gorilla® Armor 2, the first material of its kind that is more durable than glass. It combines ceramic glass from Corning with an original anti-reflective surface treatment to help in advanced drop protection, as well as anti-reflective surface treatment and scratch resistance.
Every external component of the Galaxy S25+ and S25 now encompasses at least one recycled material as the metal frame for the first time contains recycled reinforced aluminum.
Additionally, the Galaxy S25 series uses at least 50% recycled cobalt for the battery, and Galaxy S25 will be the first Galaxy smartphone to contain batteries made from recycled cobalt from previous Galaxy devices or batteries discarded during the production process. Samsung is going through multiple phases with its like-minded partners, from extracting cobalt from used batteries to reusing recycled cobalt for Galaxy S25 batteries.
