The siege turtle is raised in three stages — Starting Small, then Getting Stronger once it has outgrown baby food, then Suiting Up once it is fully grown. The game gates them in that order and says so. The last stage is the long one: its parts come from across End of Dragons, including a strike mission.

It is slow and it is the only two-seat mount in the game, which makes it the one mount worth having for a reason that has nothing to do with getting anywhere.
