About
Zero Zero: Perfect Stop is train driving game for Playdate which uses the Playdate's crank to control the train. It's a graphical showcase for the Playdate system, depicting a 3D environment with stylized 1-bit graphics.
The game is set in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, along the Fuji Express line. The setting is based on a real-world train line. Players act as the train driver, and must obey speed limits and achieve performance targets as they try to stop at each station as precisely as possible. The primary goals of the game are stopping the train on time according to the schedule, and stopping the train as closely to the target point as possible at each station.
It is an arcade style game that awards the player with a score and a rank at the end of each session. Scores are also sent to online leaderboards, so drivers can compete with other drivers worldwide.
