You were found guilty against empire, but you are innocent. So you have a choice to spend a rest of your life in the colony or become a front-line warrior in the quest to conquer new planets, for the empire. You choose the second.
You have to pilot one of two types of ships, to shoot everything on the screen, to collect power-ups, and to kill the boss at the end of each level.
