Who Wants to Be a Millionaire: New Edition is an updated version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire released in 2020 and the first release of the game for the PS5. The additional content for this edition includes:
- 3,000+ new questions
- New question parks (e.g. Olympic Games, Justice League ...)
- An option to remove the timer allowing everyone to take the time they need to submit their final answer
- A new "quick game" mode focusing only on questions and answers letting players reach the million faster.
- Enhanced models and animations
At the time of the release, it was announced the additional content would also come to the initial release of the game for other platforms.
