Warpath 97

Real-time multi-player game set in space. The aim is to explore, mine and colonize planets and defeat enemies (sometimes referred to as a 4X game). It contains some real-time strategy/action elements. Released as shareware, and as a sequel to the 1994 game Warpath.

Designed primarily as a multi-player game, but can be played against AI opposition. Multiplayer can be achieved through a modem, IPX Local Area NETWORK (LAN) or on the internet through the Mplayer service.
