About

War in the South Pacific is an advanced strategic simulation of the land, sea, and air campaigns in the South Pacific from May 1942 to March 1943 between Japan and the United States.

Players choose from 79 different ship types and 17 different aircraft types. The game comes with 3 mini campaigns. Upon the conclusion of the game the computer will display the total points for each side and the net points scored. The net points will determine the level of victory. The game can be played solitaire or against another person and there are 5 levels of difficulty. Playing time is 25 to 100 hours.
