About

Wally wo Sagase! is a game featuring the character Waldo (known generally as Wally internationally) from the Where's Waldo franchise. Up to three players can participate in the game simultaneously. Each player uses a trackball that moves a cursor on screen.

The game has ten themed levels with each level being broken down into four parts. In all these levels a timer is ticking down so time is of the essence. The game is set up to chide players who haphazardly click on everything without thinking by taking away time.

Here is an example of how a typical level plays out. One part will feature a short animation that will eventually freeze and the player must find Waldo. Another part will feature a pitch black screen with only a small spotlight that the player controls. They have to use the spotlight to find Waldo. Another part will feature an animated screen with opening and closing doors and the player has to find Waldo among all the movement. The final part will feature a spot the difference puzzle. The player who solves each part will receive an ice cream cone from Waldo's friend. Wenda. Each cone earned will replenish a bit of that players timer. After each level is complete, one of five different bonus game can be played where the winner gets their timer refilled to the maximum.
