This portable version of Tokoro's Mahjong derives some elements from the console game, retaining the core gameplay of Mahjong, but has its own unique features:
- 4-Player Mahjong - A standard competitive game.
- Minigame - A slider puzzle game, where the same symbols have to be matched in rows.
- Keisan Mode - Used to calculate the total points one can earn based on a selection of tiles in two players' hands.
- Rules Settings - Configures the standard rules to game.
