Togainu no Chi: True Blood is a port of the BL (boy's love) adult visual novel Togainu no Chi to console and later smartphone systems. This version of the game lacks the scenes with adult content but has several new features, including:
- A variety of new events in addition to events modified from the original version
- A new character, Yukihito, with an associated route and ending
- A remake of the PC version's opening movie
- New music
