Time Patrol

Time Patrol is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls a space ship that can move and fire in 8 directions. The player navigates on a large 2D field that scrolls infinitely in all directions. The player travels through time, fighting progressively more advanced aircraft, starting with simple bi-planes, advancing to helicopters and jets, and finally to UFOs and other futuristic vessels. The goal on each level is destroy a number of enemy vessels until a boss vehicle appears and is defeated. When an enemy ship is shot down, it turns into a person parachuting to the ground, which can be picked up for bonus points.
