Thoroughbred Breeder: Sekai Seiha-hen is the fourth and final entry in the Thoroughbred Breeder series of race horse raising and stable management simulation games. As the name suggests, this entry greatly increases the focus on international races; the player can base their stable in either Japan, Europe, or the United States and send horses to other parts of the world to compete. This entry also presents the race scenes in full 3D for the first time, with full polygon views of more than 30 real-life race tracks.
