The You Testament

The You Testament is 3D fighting game based on the Bible and it largely uses the mechanics and engine from the earlier Hard Time, but with an entirely different setting. The player creates a new Jesus' disciple who is an eyewitness of his life, miracles and death... or he can move around and beat people, like citizens and Roman soldiers. The character can also use weapons and several magic spells.

The powerful abilities are accessed through meditation. That state can be accessed by holding the space bar and then a mini-game is played to direct spiritual energy through the character's body. By directing it into certain chambers (chakras), up to eighteen powers can be acquires, such as summoning items, invisibility, healing wounds, flying etc. The player's character and entire cast can be randomized (with many options such as face, eyes, weight, age, body build etc.). The game has 32 locations.
