The Sad Story of Emmeline Burns

The Sad Story of Emmeline Burns is a kinetic visual novel, meaning the player does not interact with the story like usual. As such, there is no true gameplay, since there are no choices to be made at any time, and the player simply reads the story up to its conclusion. There are two concurrent storylines happening, with the game switching between them on occasion. The two major characters involved are Toma Andrews, a 14 year old that enjoys spending her free time at graveyards, and the titular character Emmeline Burns, who died a tragic death in the past.
