The Catacombs of Solaris

The Catacombs of Solaris is a first-person experimental art game that creates a disorienting maze experience by manipulating perspective and 3D space on a 2D screen. As the players navigates the endless corridors and changes their viewpoint, the pixelated geometry of the catacombs reshapes itself and projects their previous perspective onto new walls, creating shifting abstract patterns and colors. The open-ended goal is simply to find one's favorite room in the catacombs, with no traditional exit or ending to the experience.
