About

Tactical Fighter is a raising simulation game in the vein of Graduation, in which the player coaches a teenage girl to become a skilled fighter. 15-year-old Hitomi Sakaki is training as a martial artist in hopes of discovering the whereabouts of her missing father. The player must decide Hitomi's schedule for each week, both what she should do each day — train her fighting skills, work a part-time job, attend classes, or simply take a day off to rest — as well as what her diet should be.

There are various characters to challenge in battle, though the fights are largely automated with the player's influence limited to telling Hitomi when to guard or use a special move. There is an underground fighting tournament held annually, and the ultimate goal of the game is to train Hitomi to win the tournament within three years.
