Super Botte & Bamba II Turbo

From the makers of Grezzo Due, this irreverent versus fighting game is a scatological satire of both popular fighting game franchises and Italian mainstream TV and pop culture. Super Botte & Bamba II Turbo - which, despite the title, is the first and only game in its series, pits together Italian celebrities such as TV hosts, comedians, pundits, mascots, entrepreneurs and what have you. The style is deliberately offensive and anti-aesthetic to highlight the intellectual stature of the depicted, often portraying them as serial killers, monsters, robots or mercenaries. Their super-attack meters are shown as growing lines of the titular "bamba" (jargon for cocaine).

The game features a single-player story mode, 2-player versus fighting, tag team and training modes. Several stages mock other genres such as rhythm games or side-scrolling brawlers. The game has periodically received free updates with new fighters, moves, stages and sounds, often earning additional humorous denominations such as Ultra or Deluxe.
