Summer Pockets: Reflection Blue is an expanded and updated version of Summer Pockets. The new features include:
- Routes for Miki Nomura, Shizuku Mizuori, and Umi Katou
- A new character: Shiki Kamiyama, an adventurous girl who visits Torishirojima to learn more about the tales of the oni that are said to inhabit the island
- In-game character songs and a new theme song
- More scenes depicting everyday life on the island
- Updates to the table tennis mini-game
