Styrateg

Styrateg is a medieval fantasy turn-based strategical RPG. Each mission you begin with several units and must reach your destiny within a set number of turns, while surviving or evading enemy attacks. Each unit is able to gain experience, can increase its level where you decide how the unit will advance (you can invest in a main stat, with each of the three stats correspond to melee, ranged combat or magic, and train skills) and what role it will perform on the battlefield. Additionally your units can learn new skills (magical attacks, protection spells and other actions), equip items they find on their journey (items can increase stats, skills or add a unique bonus) and use potions and scrolls.

The game map is initially covered by fog of war and is littered with special locations. These locations can offer a quest to solve (and a reward if do so), a place to train new skills or a place to buy new items, as well as plot related encounters. Your enemies have their own movement range and they can ambush your units if you explore the map too carelessly. The latest patches of the game add a map editor and several premade maps.
