StrikeForce Kitty

The foxes have kidnapped the kitty princes. Run, brave kitties! Reach King Fox and save the damsel!

StrikeForce Kitty is a cute platform game of auto-run variety (i.e. the screen moves automatically and the player has only limited control over the actions of the characters) and also a dress-up collectathon. The player controls a team of four kitties who run through stages fighting evil foxes. They can jump or drop from ledges, but all the rest, including fighting is automated. Each kitty and enemy fox has three parameters: health, attack and speed (including the speed of the attacks). When the fight begins the adversaries exchange hits and whoever deals the most damage and stays alive, wins. Defeated foxes drop gear which adds to the above three parameters when equipped. The gear includes hats, coats, guns, swords etc., many of these coming from popular franchises like Wolverine's trademark claws from the X-Men, lightsabers from Star Wars etc., also including some rather obscure for a cute kitty game references like Tarantino's Pulp Fiction. Some gear is grouped in sets, giving kitties special abilities when equipped.The gear can also be found in chests which are unlocked with keys found in the stages. By collecting fish the kitties also gain levels and the player may distribute points between the three parameters.
