Steamlands

Steamlands is an action puzzle game, featuring detailed diminutive pixel art graphics. The player is tasked to combat rogue steam tanks which roam the land of New Britannia after a devastating great war. To achieve this you are put in command of a modular steam tank you design yourself, from parts including an engine room (the heart of your contraption with engineer inside - vital for survival), tracks, pieces of armor, various guns and special compartments. You gain new pieces from defeated foes (repairs and construction are done during the battle), upgrades are also available (for a price).

The steampunk / Victorian era style is present everywhere - even the tutorial animations are shown as silent black and white movies with title cards.
