Space Empires IV Deluxe is an enhanced version of Space Empires IV Gold, which was already an update of the original SE IV game. It is a futuristic turn-based strategy game, with extensive modding options, a political system, resource management, exploration, ship design and warfare. The base deluxe version has been patched to version 1.93 (1.94 for the Steam release), and contains new graphics, a new sound system which no longer requires the CD, bug fixes and feature additions.
