Sokkō Seitokai: Sonic Council

Sokkō Seitokai: Sonic Council is a 2D fighting game based on the manga of the same title by Masashi Ogawa. The story is set in a high school and focuses on the titular "Sonic Council", a student council at the school made up of students with so-called "tetsuwan" powers that let them use fighting-game style moves and techniques, and who will take on all challengers in order to keep the peace at their school.

The game includes nine playable characters, with an additional three available to unlock. There is a single-player story mode, a versus mode against the computer or a second player, a survival mode where the player must defeat as many opponents as possible with a single life bar and limited recovery options, and a training mode.
