In //SNOWFLAKE TATTOO// the player takes on the role of the sentient plasma sniper of //N.P.P.D. RUSH//: The Milk of Ultraviolet. The player controls both the sniper and the human/bike hybrid.

Traversing the disabled ship that they find themselves on, they find a trans-dimensional trading post called the abstraction. Using the abstraction to traffic human beings, the sniper hopes to find her missing sister. Each person the player traffics in there's a choice to be made: sell them for the abstractions experiments, let them be turned into bike hybrids or save them.
