Skateboard Park Tycoon

Skateboard Park Tycoon is a simulation about building and managing a skate park. In the main Tycoon mode using a large number of objects a custom skate park is constructed as well as the surrounding buildings and services. The park also needs to be managed to attract skaters. The player can track each individual skater to view detailed statistics such as bathroom, boredom, different skate skills, fatigue, happiness, hunger, injury, thirst and thrift. At any moment is also possible to take control of a skater directly and skate, performing tricks.

By doing well the park reaches a rating and that makes the skaters get a sponsor. In turn the sponsor will pay the park money per day and additional buildings are unlocked. The other game modes are Monkey See Monkey Do (repeat the tricks a monkey performs) and Instant Action (similar to Tycoon mode but a level and the starting money can be chosen).
