Shoot the Rocks

Shoot the Rocks is a straight Asteroids variant. The player controls a star ship which is subject to momentum. This means it basically moves automatically and the player can only change the direction by altering the ship's orientation and using the thrusters. The goal is to accumulate as many points as possible by shooting asteroids. Those split into smaller asteroids when hit and are subject to the same momentum as the ship. Each collision with an asteroid costs one of the three lives. The ship can only shoot from the front.
